L’autre jours j’ai voulu me faire plaisir en allant dans ce restaurant. J’ai été choqué du goût du bœuf wagyu ainsi que les sushi et la crème brûlé en dessert. J’ai trouvé ça parfait !! An absolutely exceptional meal. We started with the spicy tuna maki and the spicy edamame both beautifully done, the edamame in particular is worth ordering twice. The A5 wagyu was the standout of the night: outstanding quality, cooked with real precision. We finished with the café gourmand, and even that was exceptional the coffee was excellent and the little sweets alongside it were the perfect close. The hospitality matched the food, which is rare. One of the most memorable meals we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend. Big Thank you to Kaori and the team for an outstanding meal and the hospitality 💯

I never expected to find such an authentic Japanese restaurant up in the mountains of Switzerland — what a wonderful surprise! It is incredibly difficult to locate traditional, genuine Japanese cuisine across Europe, so I was absolutely thrilled by this discovery. Everything, from the plating and flavours to the chef’s craftsmanship and service, made me feel as if I were dining in Tokyo. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, especially the seafood. I was also pleasantly surprised to find Wagyu available on the menu. What made the experience even more magical was catching sight of the golden sunset and a full moon rising mid-meal. The food and scenery aligned perfectly, creating an absolutely unforgettable moment!

Excellent food, top notch chefs from Japan. The Unagi melts in your mouth along with the Wagyu appetisers. Sake tasting great value. Make reservations as it can get full. The view is awesome too.
